Trinomab centers its innovation on the HitmAb® platform, a next-generation integrated technology for developing natural, fully human monoclonal antibodies. This platform is dedicated to the creation of novel, proprietary, highly differentiated and efficient monoclonal antibody therapies. The HitmAb® platform combines advanced molecular discovery technologies, allowing for the rapid and efficient identification and development of antibody drugs suited to various therapeutic areas, showcasing Trinomab’s distinctive strengths in technological innovation and drug development.

Trinomab has constructed core technological platforms, including the “High-throughput Fully Human Monoclonal Antibody Research and Development Comprehensive Platform HitmAb®,” the “New-generation High-efficiency Antibody Expression CHO-GS Cell Platform,” the “Process Development Platform,” the “Bioanalysis and immunogenicity Analysis Platform,” etc. These platforms encompass the core links of antibody drug research and development, including antibody screening, preclinical studies of candidate drugs and Cell line building and process development, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) development. Expanding New Therapeutic Options in the Field of Anti-Infection with Natural Fully Human Antibodies

Trinomab’s pioneering HitmAb® platform has led to significant advancements in drug development. TNM001, a game-changing fully human mAb designed to protect against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), differs from previous active immune vaccines; TNM001 provides immediate immunity for high-risk populations. As the first of its kind, developed in China, TNM001 has been created with extended half-life modifications that could offer superior protection compared to standard protections.

Another key product, TNM002, a natural, fully human monoclonal antibody against tetanus toxin, offers critical emergency prevention for post-traumatic tetanus, improving safety and accessibility, all while reducing reliance on blood-based treatments. Its high efficacy and stability have led to regulatory acceptance from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in China and fast-track approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Additionally, Trinomab is advancing therapies for diseases like dengue fever and others, addressing critical needs in global healthcare. Based on the unique HitmAb® platform, Trinomab offers an efficient drug development solution that supports targeted treatment strategies and reduces immunogenicity.

Trinomab has successfully applied the technology to assist other companies in antibody development, driving innovation and collaborative achievements, like its fully human anti-rabies monoclonal antibody TRN006, assigned to Changchun BCHT Biopharmaceutical in 2018 to address the prevention of rabies which may lead to a nearly 100 percent fatality rate.

The therapy combines multiple antibodies targeting different viral sites for enhanced protection. In 2020, Trinomab custom-developed a second antibody for BCHT, a further testament to the HitmAb® platform’s flexibility and effectiveness.
