Lynnette C. Fallon joins ClearPoint Neuro's Board of Directors.
FREMONT, CA: ClearPoint Neuro, Inc., a global therapy-enabling platform company focused on navigation and delivery to the brain, elects Lynnette C. Fallon to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Fallon will also join the Audit Committee of the company.
Ms. Fallon serves as Executive Vice President, Human Resources/Legal, General Counsel, and Secretary of Axcelis Technologies, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing equipment and services with sites in eight countries. Ms. Fallon has been in her current role since May 2005, having previously worked for Axcelis as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2001. Ms. Fallon has spent more than two decades as a member of Axcelis' executive team, where she has been responsible for business development, financial and tax management, investor relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, corporate social responsibility policies and other ESG matters, M&A, risk management, and all aspects of international corporate compliance.
She earned a J.D., with honors, from Boston University's School of Law and a B.A. with departmental and general honors, Phi Beta Kappa, from Vassar College.
