Autoimmune Cell Therapy Summit Turns Attention to Clinical Validation and Scale
Cell therapy for autoimmune disease is moving into a phase where early clinical promise must withstand broader tests of safety, durability and manufacturability. The 4th Cell Therapy for Autoimmune Disease Summit will bring more than 100 participants to Philadelphia from December 1 to 3, 2026, as developers examine how emerging approaches can progress toward viable therapies.
The program spans autologous and allogeneic therapies alongside in vivo approaches, giving developers a forum to compare development paths with different manufacturing and clinical requirements. Two dedicated tracks will cover Preclinical Development & Translation and Clinical Development. More than 30 speakers are expected, with participants from biotechnology companies and academic institutions.

CAR-T approaches will sit alongside NK and Treg therapies within the broader discussion. The summit will also examine lupus and multiple sclerosis, while rheumatoid arthritis and rare autoimmune indications are included in its scientific scope.
