Contextual Intelligence 360 is a new modular solution from Aktana which is all set to optimize the customer journey.


FREMONT, CA: AI speeds up analysis by uncovering relevant connections in even the largest data sets. Because of the rapidity with which AI can uncover insights, analytics teams can respond to internal demands more quickly than ever before. All of this, of course, is based on the assumption that customer journey data sources are harmonized. Contextual Intelligence 360, a new modular solution from Aktana, is all set to empower commercial teams to quickly deploy AI-driven programs that customize customer experiences, coordinate interaction, and optimize the whole customer journey across channels.


Even with continuing advancements in AI and machine learning technology, life sciences organizations have been battling to put the pieces of the omnichannel puzzle together for more than a decade. Global rollouts have been hampered by data quality, vendor complexity, and change management issues. Now, more than ever, coordinated multichannel engagement with HCPs is critical for success, as the usage of digital is growing, and HCPs are time-constrained like never before.

Contextual Intelligence 360 extends Aktana's AI expertise in sales channel optimization to all commercial activities, providing the same level of machine learning precision and contextual insights. The system can be tailored to each brand's specific strategy, incorporate any data or AI model, and scale across teams, franchisees, and geographies quickly. Commercial and medical teams will be able to expertly manage all of their interactions across the whole workflow from a single user interface as part of the Contextual Intelligence 360 concept.
