17th World ADC San Diego Unveils Full 2026 Program Featuring 170+ Speakers Across 7 Scientific Streams
The 17th World ADC San Diego Summit has announced its full 2026 agenda, bringing together over 170 expert speakers across seven dedicated content streams to advance the development of differentiated antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and drive impact in early-line oncology care.
As ADCs continue to progress into first-line metastatic, neoadjuvant, and adjuvant settings, the program reflects the field’s rapid evolution, spanning novel targets, mechanisms, and next-generation bioconjugate design.
The four-day summit will convene more than 1,300 stakeholders from across biotech and pharma to address key scientific and operational challenges impacting ADC development and commercialization.
Key 2026 Program Highlights Include:
• Advancing next-generation payload strategies: Exploring both cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic approaches, including pan-PI3K/mTOR inhibitors, DACs, ISACs, and dual-payload constructs to overcome resistance
• Strengthening preclinical translation: IND-stage case studies covering alternative payloads, bispecific ADCs, and dual-payload designs to improve safety and efficacy translation
• Optimizing clinical differentiation: Insights into patient selection, combination strategies, and sequencing across increasingly crowded indications to maximize patient benefit
• Scaling bioconjugate manufacturing: Addressing key production challenges, including CDMO selection, drug product photosensitivity, and dual-payload manufacturing
In addition to its scientific agenda, the summit offers more than 17 hours of structured and informal networking opportunities, designed to foster collaboration across
discovery, development, and manufacturing stakeholders.
This year’s program is designed to help teams navigate growing complexity in the ADC landscape and accelerate the development of differentiated therapies for patients.
