Tranquil provides its employees with a minimum of 60 hours of training each year, ensuring they have the indication, regulatory, and protocol expertise to carry out their work. The company also conducts annual in-person training for their employees at NASA and Disney World; they work hard, train hard and play hard. While these locations may seem like a unique and unconventional approach to training, they play a vital role in employee engagement.

For every study Tranquil conducts, their employees assigned to that project receive therapeutic training led by clinical experts; no other CRO takes the time to this for every trial and each employee assigned to that trial. Each training includes training on the disease indication, diagnostics, prognostics, treatment modalities, and other factors that contribute to patient safety and the highest quality data. This level of training is rare in the industry and ensures the team always keeps patients safe and achieves study endpoints.

Through their intelligent approach in problem solving Tranquil quickly identified and developed solutions for the core issues; by supporting clinical trial sites, eliminating enrollment barriers, and applying innovative patient recruitment strategies. Through their eloquent approach the sponsor successfully enrolled their trial.
