FREMONT, CA: Immudex ApS has been working with BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company) to develop better T-cell multi-omics testing solutions. This collaboration aimed to create dCODE Dextramer reagents consistent with the BD Rhapsody Single Cell Analysis method. This framework analyzes the expression of hundreds of genes across tens of thousands of single cells in parallel.
The business recently announced the launch of dCODE Dextramer (RiO) reagents. These DNA barcoded MHC Dextramer reagents are designed to be compatible with the BD Rhapsody method to be used for multiplexing, enabling the detection of several different T-cell specificities in the same sample. Creating personalized dCODE Dextramer libraries makes it possible to profile T cells and develop a new understanding of T-cell immunity.
